The Brick Walls - Dan MacDonald's Website

Updates

28 August 2011: The book page has been updated to include my photo-essay Aboard the Irish Lass. This softcover photo book is available for $40 Canadian plus $10 shipping and handling. Online ordering is possible.

18 August 2011: The vital statistics from newspapers compilations available on the book page have been updated to permit online ordering. Each of the three books' descriptive pages now include "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" buttons. Secure payments are made through PayPal. Please note that online ordering is only available for Canadian and US customers. International customers should contact me prior to placing their order as shipping is not included with overseas orders.

30 March 2011: Two files, for St. Malachy's, Kinkora, the Mission of St. Peter, St. Peter's Bay, and the Mission of St. Alexis, Rollo Bay, have been added to Father Burke's Catholic Parishes in Prince Edward Island.

8 June 2010: Because of substantial increases in shipping costs over the past couple of years, I've been forced to increase the price of my PEI vital statistics books. This is regrettable but necessary. Please note that the book prices do include postage and handling within Canada and the USA.

24 July 2007: I have added several photographs of the churches at Indian River (St. Mary's RC), Miscouche (St. Jean-Baptiste RC), and St. Eleanor's (St. James Anglican). These pictures can be viewed either directly or through the appropriate links on the individual cemetery transcript pages for these parishes. Please note that these photos, as with all photos and files on this site, are Copyright Dan MacDonald - all rights reserved. Do not copy, modify or duplicate any of these photos/files without my express written permission.

23 September 2006: I have acquired my own domain name - www.brikwall.com. If you happened to have my site linked or bookmarked, please update your files and records to reflect the new website address.

9 June 2005: Please help me to identify the artist and history behind this World War Two-era mystery painting, which shows a scene from Summerside, PEI. The artist possibly has connections to either the Hickey or MacLellan families.
