Poetry
Untitled - 28-IV-2005
I cannot bear those faces any more:
Haphazard wanderings of eyes,
Dilated,
Stagnated,
Lost in primordial thoughts
Too complex for these times.
I cannot bear unhappy grins; they
Quiver,
Shiver,
In fear and fright, fleeing from the known.
Smiles belie the sadder crimes
Of man against man and himself.
Smash the mirror! Scatter the light!
I cannot bear these faces any more.
